inspired originally by the destruction of beautiful art deco buildings which were built as a result of the 1931 earthquake in Hastings NZ, strange / ironical that now when ever i play it I'm thinking of Christchurch NZ, currently going through its own post massive earthquake rebuild, except that many beautiful buildings there have been unnecessarily demolished in the name of "opportunity"
